It was spotless, it had tons of things for cooking, it was very private we hardly saw anyone, it had the most magnificent view, the balconies vere fantastic with the most beautiful views of the Amalfi coast. Having Davide (sort of like your own private concierge) there to give us ideas of where to go and what to see was amazing. Davide was there whenever we needed him for literally ANYTHING from a drive into town to teaching us how the stovetop worked. He was honestly the best part of the entire stay, which is saying something since the home was AMAZING!!! I felt this way even before he literally saved my daughter's life when she accidentally tripped out of the car and fell into oncoming traffic and he instinctively swept her up right as an oncoming car came and almost killed her. Davide is EVERYTHING! The elevator was great. This is the best home vacation rental experience we've ever had anywhere in the world.
Honestly nothing. The only thing that would have made the property better would have been access to a pool, but I guess you can't have it all. And I wouldn't change it based on that. There is access to the beaches so it doesn't matter.

The view from the villa was absolutely outstanding, breathtaking from both the first and second-floor terraces. The house itself was charming, clean, and well laid out for a family of six, with comfortable living spaces inside and outside. The hosts were truly wonderful; communication with Davide, the manager, was excellent, and he was always available to answer questions and share great tips about restaurants and activities. The shuttle service they provide was a real highlight and definitely a must in Positano.
The villa sits high on the cliff, so getting in and out requires planning. From the villa to the main road there are quite a few stairs, followed by a walk down to town with hundreds more. The climb back up can be challenging for older guests/ less active. Outside of the shuttle service, transportation was difficult to arrange. We also had some unresolved water pressure issues in the showers during our stay.

This place was perfect for our group of 8 (mix of family and friends) and we would highly recommend. While it is a bit out of town it was a huge plus. We were able to escape the crowds of town and having Davide made everything easy. There were a few food and juice stands right by the place and every morning we would go get a wonderful coffee, fresh orange or watermelon juice and start our day. We also had a dinner made in the Villa one night and it was TERRIFIC. Two of the people are gluten-free and it was one of the best meals they had. We will miss waking up to that view.
