The villa was great for our family of 6. Pasta, snacks & coffee were stocked upon arrival, and the villa was super adorable with a terrific view! AC worked great!!!! Caffe Positano (halfway from villa to beach) had an incredible view and was delicious for breakfast and dinner (caesar salad was the best throughout our Italy travels!). After traveling for 3+ weeks, the washing machine came in handy! Arrive at the door with a driver. As many mentioned there are 600-650-ish steps from to villa from beach and vice versa. The last push of stairs going up gets tough but totally doable (even with bags of groceries & wine), and a few flights of stairs down for a quaint grocery store. You can always walk the street instead of stairs (longer time though). I recommend that once you leave, you only return to stay & sleep. There is a bus stop literally right outside but we didn't use.
One of the bathrooms was so small but not a problem since master bath is roomy.

The apartment is pleasant and clean, and we loved the location away from the touristy area
The host seemed a bit tourist-weary, which is understandable, but also rather frustrating when you're paying almost $1000 per night. One set of keys for five independent adults was annoying and inconvenient. Service and responsiveness was less friendly than it was at our other stays in Italy. Finally, we always try to be communicative and helpful to hosts by estimating our arrival and departure times, but the host's numerous texts for exact details, and the threat of charges for late arrival, was something I've never experiences in my years of extensive world travel.
