Locatia, curatenia, faptul ca are bucataria utilata (inclusiv cuptor cu microunde si prajitor de paine).

L emplacement, le silence, l immeuble superbe, le bon état (mur, décorations) de l appartement . Équipements.

Canapé lit totalement inconfortable. Douche qui déborde et tuyau qui fuit. Mériterait des remplacements.

The location was very good. The place was quiet and easy to access by metro and bus. There was plenty of hot water and heat radiators were working very well.

I collected my keys from a store nearby; however, I had to wait until 3pm, carrying my luggage all that time (I arrived at noon). I was supposed to return the keys to the same store, but when I left the apartment and went to the store, the employee there said they did not have an agreement any more. I was not aware of that, on the contrary they had given me instructions on how to do it. I tried to communicate with the owners but replies came a bit late and I had to leave for a meeting. Fortunately they managed to send a lady close to the place where I had the meeting and collected the keys.

L'appartement est très bien placé, propre et le mobilier / équipement d'hygiène est disponible.

Le contact avec les propriétaires était inexistant. Le processus de récupération des clefs est complexe et original. Aucune réponse, nos demandes de transmission de facture sont restées vaines alors que cela devrait être courant. Appartement très peu isolé, et la Vmc présente dans la chambre faisait du bruit. L'appartement n'avait pas de papier toilette.
