The apartment is small but organized (bedroom, living-room with Kitchnate which have all utilities: washing machine, fridge, oven, dishes). The apratment on (flat 12 of 16), sunny, and has eastern open-view. Internet is perfect. The building entrance is equipmed by security utilities and environment of the building is very clean, calm, without any noise. Building is at the (metro station: M2), and it is far only (3 metro-stations) from Sofia centry-center (Serdika). I enjoyed the privacy and conformtability which this apartment offers during my stay. It deserves the money i paid and more.
Some guests destroy the apartment which they rent temporarily, then the next guest starts to complain against the host. If i would complain, i would complain against the previous guest, not against the host. This apartment needs only a little of "love" for small issues only. I suggest the host to inspect the apartment carefully between (2 consecutive guests) to check and fix small things (loose door-handle, ...) before the problems develop.
