Good location, walking distance from the bus/train station and central Sofia. With a price slightly above the hostels and a comfy bed.
The sound insulation to the rooms could be better. The communal parts of the building - facade and stairs are looking grim.

Very cheap for a capital city
Rather a run-down neighbourhood about 20 mins walk from the centre
Small for a self-contained apartment
Bathroom was very small and didn't work well (toilet didn't flush well, floor never dried, hot water challenging)
Bed narrow and prone to falling apart
Advertised facilities such as washing machine not all present - though staff did make considerable efforts to provide alternatives
