Clean, convenient in the city, secure and well furnished.
Stuff is very unfriendly, don’t smile or greet and always intimidating in the eye. One specific one that checked us in specifically, very rude and difficult.
Room was barely cleaned for us, no sheets change or tea stuff added daily. Not sure how that works. Maybe a washing machine could be added in the room for convenience.
Your advert online shows gym facilities and don’t really specify that’s not one of your amenities but something close by that you also pay for it. Remove that or be clear please cz I booked it hence I gym daily so that was a huge let down for me.
The thing of no visitors was a real bummer because we had friends to see while visiting CT and at times wanted to chill or take things in and out due to the wedding preparations but it was always a problem hence no third party could go in with us.

There was no breakfast, location is accurate.
