It was not what I expected nothing like the pictures and warm water only in the kitchen

The fact you got privacy and the owners very friendly people the gent of the property took some time out to speak with us very humble guy the world really need more people like this .. I can say they want people to enjoy what they have to offer as they even provided wood for the evenings fire .. upon booking I made contact with the hosts and they where helpfull straight from the start . I will most defnitly go visit again as the pool was out of bounce but we all no we just came from winter or is it still winter as it rained whiles we made fire under the lapa area .. may your business keep growing and may you always flourish ✨️ 🙏 😊 be the light that you are unto all .. respect . . Stay blessed 🙌

I also liked that the guesthouse was close to shops and other places I needed to go. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing experience.

What I didn’t like about the booking: There was nothing to dislike about the booking. Everything went smoothly, and the guesthouse met all my expectations. The service, cleanliness, and comfort were all excellent

Enjoyed my stay although there was miscommunication

I really enjoyed the stay in terms of the house and the pool area, the quiet aswell. A simple yet beautiful place

I didn’t like nor appreciate how disconnected the owner was from actually making us feel welcomed , even just getting a response from her before getting there was a hassle that resulted in me phoning booking.com to get ahold of her as her phone was off and she wasnt answering my messages for two days, even had to reach out to her over facebook and no response. She wasnt someone that gave a warm welcome , didnt check up if we were still okay and all in all just felt like she lacked the people skills or maybe it was just an off time for her . The helper was so nice though really wish they gave us a broom and a mop so we could help her clean up the place !

Good

The location was good, very central to the activities and sites we visited in and around Cape Town. The property is exactly as seen in the pictures. Pleasant and simple. It is perfect for just sleeping, using the loo and having a bath which we used it for. Whatever you require, you just need ask the hosts for. The hosts were very nice, especially Katy who made sure we were happy and had everything we asked for. We had a lovely time. At the end of the day, its what you make of it.

There were no cupboards for storing our clothes. A door for the bathroom as well as a fan for very hot days would have been nice. The toilet took very long to fill up but we were informed by the owner that previous guests' children had flushed something down the toilet affecting the entire piping system which he said he was in the process of getting it fixed.
