Best getaway

There are so many things to say I like but one stands out they didn't constantly check on us we checked in got all we needed and didn't hear from them again because everything was perfect this was nice for me. The place is super clean did I mention they don't allow smoking but got me an ashtray and allowed me to smoke outside just because I asked. Thank you very much, Carolyn and Edward.

The hosts were very gracious to us, bonus snacks, tea, coffee, rasks. The bed was very comfortable. warmer available at cold times of the day, warm bath. the place was really cool. the hosts very pleasant.

We had a comfortable stay, and will definitely use their affordable accommodation option again!

The property was easy to find, centrally based for access to the whole peninsula, neat and the host was very friendly and helpful. Access was easy, and having secure gated parking is a great benefit. I travelled with my 16yo son, and the room was easily managed to two single beds and it was very comfortable. There are stunning restaurant options within walking distance, and a wonderful little coffee shop called "I Love Coffee" about 200m from the accommodation - making it a wonderful point to based for meetings etc.

We respected the properties rules to not vape on the property, but this could be amended to not vaping inside the cottage utilizing the veranda - vaping does not have a lingering smell, nor does it have any refuse discard that could result in littering outside.

Perfectly good for travelers but not for me.

This was not a breakfast included option. The hosts were perfectly accommodating. It was the most comfortable bed I slept in over the last 6 months and 9 different stays. Place serves it's purpose as a short stay for travelers but not suited for vacation stays. It met expectations as advertised. Although the premises are a little run down, the unit as such was good.

As a cigarette smoker I was a little taken aback about the house rules that were not clearly stated before arrival. A total ban of smoking, vaping or incense ANYWHERE on the property seemed a little excessive and draconian. It made me feel uncomfortable as I had to leave the safety of the premises just to smoke in an area that can not be described as very safe. I would have expected a little smoking corner somewhere in the garden. For this alone I would not consider ever going back there.
