Appartement ligt op ongeveer 10/15 min lopen van het centrum. Dus redelijk dichtbij centrum, maar toch rustig gelegen. Het appartement biedt 2 slaapkamers, living met industriële look en keuken. Comfortabel bed, in iedere slaapkamer staat ook een bureau/werkplek. Rook heerlijk fris en schoon bij aankomst.
Prettig dat iedere slaapkamer een eigen badkamer heeft. Als je wilt kun je wassen en drogen- er staat een wasmachine en droger in de slaapkamer beneden. Fijn dat we de bagage nog even konden 'parkeren' op de dag van vertrek.
Badkamer had iets ruimer gemogen :-)

Warm and comfortable with a nice kitchen. The separate washer and dryer were very useful. Walking downhill from the nearby Palacio Real, Catedral Almudena and historic part of Madrid (eg Plaza Mayor) was very easy and scenic.
The lack of proper doors around each toilet was a little unnerving, but manageable. Location was a bit away (and downhill) from the center of Madrid, but still quite convenient via Uber.

Si no te importa no poder hablar a partir de las 22.00 y no tener ventanas, es un apartamento de 10. Las normas establecen esa hora para dejar de hablar en voz alta, y como la única ventana que puedes abrir es un tragaluz a patio de luces, los vecinos se quejan de todo y no es cómodo. De no ser por eso, apartamento perfecto y bien equipado.
Sugerencia: poner un microondas vendría bien.
