Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über ein großes Bad mit Badewanne & Dusche, eine Waschmaschine auch vorhanden, jedoch kein Trockner oder Wäscheständer zum Aufhängen der Wäsche. Kurzer Weg in die Stadt.

Die zentrale Lage in der Stadt hat auch zur Folge, dass man zur Hauptsaison bei gutem Wetter damit rechnen muss, dass nachts (nach 22:00 Uhr) Geräusche durch die Nachbarn entstehen, da diese noch lange auch Ihren Balkonen / Terrassen sitzen und sich Unterhalten, laut Lachen, etc. Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon. Im Schlafraum unter dem Dach kann ein Erwachsener nicht aufrecht stehen, es handelt sich um einen „Kriechboden“

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Gute nespresso Kaffeemaschine mit Milchschäumer!

Man hört die Straße, wenn man die Fenster geöffnet hat.
