The "City Apartment" on Norderney is centrally located (mezzanine level) on Kampstraße. The apartment is situated in the heart of the island and is also close to the Protestant island church.

The apartment was decorated using light cream tones. A highlight is the sleeper sofa, which is equipped with a high-quality slatted frame and a mattress. The windows are fitted with electric roller shades that ensure optimal blackout. The living room offers direct access to a south-facing balcony. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and features a DVD player, internet access, and two flat-screen TVs with cable. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m).

A bike rack is located directly in front of the building. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and are available for shared use (a fee may apply), which is particularly convenient for longer stays. A variety of cafés, restaurants, and other shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Please note: Final construction work in and around the house is scheduled to take place between approximately October 5 and November 30, 2027. This may cause some inconvenience for guests, particularly noise disturbances. Since this is only final construction work, the impact should be minimal.
