In Strandnähe und direkt in der Innenstadt gelegen. Ausstattung ausreichend und sehr schön.

Wir (Partnerin + ich) waren eine gesamte Urlaubswoche in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend, wenn man Wert auf Selbstversorgung legt. Mobiliar, Einrichtung und Wohn-/Küchenutensilien komplett von IKEA, genügen allerdings allen Anforderungen. Insgesamt sauber, es ist alles da, was man üblicherweise zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Allerdings fehlt es ein wenig an Wartung und Pflege: die Leselampe im Schlafzimmer hing an den Stromkabeln von der Wand (nicht ganz ungefährlich ... ), die Spiegellampe im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht, die batteriebetriebenen Uhren brauchten neue Batterien.
Die sehr zentrale Lage ist gut, um schnell überall hinzukommen (Geschäfte, Strand, Fahrradverleih etc.), bedeutet aber, dass es abends/nachts schon mal recht recht laut werden kann.
Kann ich bedingt weiterempfehlen.

Tolle, saubere, sehr gut aufgeteilte und ausgestattete Citywohnung. Optimale Lage zur Shoppingmeile und zum Strand.

Die Wohnung war sauber aber es fehlten einige Dinge: kein Besen/Staubsauger, in der Küche sehr wenig Zubehör (keineEierbecher, wenig Geschirr). Man musste am 2. Tag die fast leere Spülmaschine anstellen!
Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr laut ( nicht nur von außen); man konnte auch die Menschen in der Nachbarwohnung reden hören!
Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passen hier nicht!
