Sunshine 31 - Norderney

The "Sonnenschein 31" vacation apartment is located on Kampstraße, with a direct view of the Protestant church. The apartment is right in the heart of downtown. With approximately 51 square meters of living space, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is on the third floor; there is no elevator in the building.

The apartment meets a high standard. It features a living area with a dining nook, a dining area, and a fully equipped, open kitchen. The living area also includes a DVD player, internet access, and a flat-screen TV (cable) with SKY Bundesliga programming. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a towel warmer. The south-facing balcony is equipped with an awning. Dogs are not permitted in this vacation rental.

Unfortunately, the apartment’s balcony will be unavailable until approximately October 15, 2026; this date may be extended. Please note: Final construction work on the house is scheduled to take place between approximately October 5 and November 30, 2027. This may cause some inconvenience for guests, particularly noise disturbances. Since this is only final work, the impact should be minimal.
