This spacious 3-room vacation apartment was newly built in 2018 and is therefore equipped with the latest energy standards and state-of-the-art technology. The rooms are bright and modern, furnished with very high-quality furniture. The two bedrooms feature comfortable box-spring beds (1.80 m wide), and the living/dining area has a high-quality built-in kitchen.

The house is located in a quiet residential area not far from the center of the island of Norderney. The pedestrian zone is just 100 meters from our beautiful apartment building. The beach and the boardwalk are also just a few minutes’ walk away (300 meters). The vacation apartment features a large wraparound rooftop terrace accessible from every room. Comfortable patio furniture lets you enjoy a relaxing day in the fresh North Sea air.

The apartment is accessible via the building’s elevator. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the building’s basement. Bicycles and similar items can be stored in a lockable garage right next to the building.
