We stayed for a couple of nights with a group of 5. It was a great experience, the ryokan was spacious and very clean. It had all of the amenities that you could think of. Check-in was extemely easy as well. There was a parking for up to 2 cars.
One thing to note is that the walls are very thin. You can hear everything from the other rooms as well as from the outside. It is a bit of a drive from the city center.
