The hotsprings here are amazing, with a great view of Mt. Fuji. The food is delicious, and the wine is great. The staff are very helpful, and kind. Even with knowing very little japanese, there is enough english accommodation to enjoy your stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing, peaceful, vacation.

A wonderful stay, the property is beautiful and very well maintained. We stayed in a traditional Japanese style onsen which was and interesting experience. The dinner was amazing and the facilities are excellent

This was the highlight of our honeymoon stay! We loved the spacious suite with private onsen and daily Kaiseki meals. The wine bar was an added bonus. We keep bragging about this experience to our friends and family! Well worth it!

Prime location with Fuji views. Nice with private onsen. We had traditional dinner included every night - make sure you like traditional Japanese food. Lots of activities at the actual hotel, like evening drum show and karaoke. Nice garden with some hidden gems like tea ceremony and a painter that makes your portrait in five minutes.
