Clean & welcoming cottage in lovely location - be prepared though, there’s no shop in walking distance so you’ll need to bring all supplies with you, including basics like milk.
Even better if would be more glasses, long & short + at least two matching wines glasses as we had to keep washing the glass out or use mugs for cold drinks/water.

Cosy and comfortable, overall it had everything for a great weekend away. Loved the fire, and the ease of accessing Dartmoor.
It was a little dusty, no oven gloves and only one toilet roll! The steps to upstairs although warned they were on the tricky side. The shower isn’t great if you are tall as you need to crouch down.

House was very cute, rustic, loved the log fire and charming. The area was lovely, great local pub and seriously beautiful walks and bike rides near by. Would recommend 😊
Perhaps could have been slightly cleaner as the floors in places made our socks dirty but no biggie, and the tap on the sink in the bathroom is slightly broken which makes it harder to wash your toothbrush or hands, but still enjoyed our stay.

Lovely quiet property and the location was perfect for what we needed.
We had a lovely stay apart from when checking out. Check out is 10am which is very early, and not your standard check out time as it is! At 9:50am someone arrived and said they were here to clean! We were in the middle of packing and felt very uncomfortable and rushed. Unfortunately this has put us off coming back.
