Lovely location next to a great pub. Nice cosy little cottage if not a bit rough around the edges.
Bath tap was broken, dripping cistern in the master bedroom, a little cold.

The location was perfect, very quiet with great access to walks on the edge of Dartmoor. The bonus was the excellent pub nearby which had great local ales and excellent food, No food Monday, Tuesday or Sunday evening!
The main bedroom is al little on the small side with no room for side tables. Lovely typical cottage and as such could do with a little updating.

Comfy double bed with stunning views across the valley!
Welcoming neighbours
Not cleaned under the settees and TV unit in the lounge (bits of food and children’s toys)
Bin in second bedroom hadn’t been emptied
Owner didn’t tell us that the pub next door was closed / no chef all week (landlord told us that he had agreed to inform us)
