The apartment was very clean and appeared to have been renovated recently. Both bedrooms have an en-suite with rain showers and the beds were very comfortable. The host sent helpful videos of where to find the keys and turn on the boiler. Great location, short walk to Moseley village
Not the hosts fault but one of the bedrooms is below the apartment above living room, you could hear them walking and talking and playing music until the early hours of the morning. The other bedroom didn’t have this issue. There are steep stairs to the apartment, not an issue for us but this wouldn’t be suitable for people with mobility issues.

The communication from the host prior to, during and post stay.
The neighbours were a little noisy at times, disturbing the nights sleep of 1 of the bedrooms during the 2nd night we stayed.

Fantastic location for us. Checking in was easy and the videos sent out prior to our stay made it clear on what we needed to do. The flat is modern and has everything that you need for a short stay.

Two separate bedrooms & bathrooms en-suite. Nice modern bathrooms with good showers.
Access into apartment grubby, untidy and poor. Fortunately we are mobile and able to manage stairs but cannot remember this being flagged when we booked. Also, smart TV not working. Tried for a while to work it before contacting owner who then apologised & knew it wasn’t working & said previous occupants had taken the device to operate TV. To be fair they did suggest to fix it but wanted to know when we’d be there. of course we didn’t really want to disclose when we were out & didn’t want to stay in for that purpose!
