This was by far the best property I have stayed in within Birmingham. The house was spacious, comfy beds and everything was really well designed and thought out. It even had a gym and cinema room and worth every penny! Tim was really helpful and really thought of everything in the property. Great location too!
Everything was amazing but I didnt like the fact there was a ringdoorbell present which felt a bit awkward. Perhaps this should be disconnected when guests come..?

Apricot House was in a good location and the house was very neat and clean.
The two blinds in the front bedroom were cheap and did not work as they should.
