Posizione ottimale e casa carina.
Un po’ buia al piano di sotto, spazi stretti se si usa il divano letto, senza finestre perché l’unica apertura è la porta che dà sulla strada.

A mio avviso non è adatta per più di 2 persone, accesso e soggiorno direttamente su strada senza finestra, divano letto aperto che non consente agevolmente passaggio, aria condizionata solo al piano superiore e per raffreddare anche il soggiorno con letto bisognava abbassare molto la temperatura al piano superiore, facendo congelare chi dormiva in camera da letto
