We only rent to families and Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. NO Senior Week kids.
Damage wavier fee:
Ocean City Vacation Homes provides a nonrefundable Damage Waiver Fee that will be assessed to protect you from accidental damage during your stay. Pre-existing damages must be reported to Ocean City Vacation Homes upon taking occupancy of property or property will be assumed as in good condition. This waiver will cover the interior of the rental property only from the time of check-in to the time of check-out. This does not cover intentional acts, theft, damages caused by pets, loss or forgotten personal belongings, or damage caused by any motorized vehicle. The maximum amount of coverage is $1,000. Ocean City Vacation Homes has the final say to determine if the damage is covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Guest damages not reported or damages that exceed $1,000 will be charged to the guest credit card.

Although the weather didn’t really cooperate and one of us (out of 4) had to leave early due to illness we had a great time. The condo is very spacious and layed out perfectly so that everyone has plenty of room, and the 3rd bathroom was a plus. That said, the place needs some minor updating: the vertical blinds had slats torn off so you couldn’t close them, there was a broken vase on one of the end tables, finger/hand prints on the walls near the door and hallway, a full load of wet towels in the dryer when we arrived (we rewashed, dried and put them away) and the microwave kept beeping and going into lock mode. We were able to get the lock mode off but couldn’t get it to turn on more than 9 seconds so we just unplugged it. The door was off the track in the master bedroom but when I notified them they sent someone out within a couple hours and it was fixed. All in all though the place was great, couldn’t ask for a better location, and with some small updates we would definitely stay here again!
