Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom with en-suite bath and a private balcony, two additional bedrooms, and another full bath. The home is equipped with 5 smart TVs with streaming subscriptions (Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, Disney Plus), free Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning. Accommodates up to 10 guests. Two reserved parking spaces are included—one garage spot on-site and another located one block away in a private lot. This property is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. We were so impressed by this rental! Prime location a block off the boardwalk, with bars, restaurants, and entertainment all within walking distance. The unit was very clean and exactly as pictured on the listing. There was plenty of space for four families! We also loved the two balconies to relax on.

The garage remote would not work. Management said a tech would come by to fix it but never came. The unit needed a good cleaning. The unit is very spacious. We had plenty of room. Location was good but not free parking near by. Overall we had a good stay and would return.

Large unit in a great location. Kitchen was well stocked and the living room was comfortable for the seven of us. The beds were soft, no king mattress as advertised. A bit noisy. Parking was a challenge.

Showers had mold on the bottom, shower doors had soap scum on the glass. Dust on floors & top of refrigerator. Comforter in Master Bed room seemed to have a blood stain. We didn’t use it. Closets were in shambles. Blankets just thrown in there not folded. Screen door rusted & broken. Dryer did not work. Location was perfect. Steps away from the boardwalk. Need to have someone else inspect the property besides the cleaning people. Did not make a good impression.
