*PLEASE NOTE: This property does not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Must be 25 years old to rent and must be one of occupants.
Starting the last week in June through September the property is only available for weekly rentals with a Saturday check-in.
Three night minimum during off-season.
The unit is on the 3rd floor and has 2 reserved parking spaces.
Rent this beautiful 2,000 square foot condo in downtown Ocean City. Great location near the inlet, on the corner of Wicomico and Philadelphia. Walk to the beach, boardwalk, local bars and restaurants. Just across the street is Dumser's home made ice cream.
Linens are NOT included (sheets/towels). Guests have the option of bringing linens or purchasing linen service. Toilet paper, soaps, cleaning supplies, trash bags and paper towel are provided.

One of the nicest places I have stayed at in Ocean City. The condo is very clean, Linda provides clear details and instructions about the condo. Everything is within walking distance so you can park your vehicle and not have to worry about driving around and finding parkingDefinitely look forward to staying here again in the future
