Location was perfect for our itinerary
Outdoor furniture insufficient; one functional chair and other broken , laundry facilities with broken washer handles/lint filter handle on dryer broken. Otherwise great property. No screens in windows so couldn’t enjoy ocean sounds.

The location was in a perfect spot
The air conditioner units either didn’t work or leaked horribly so we had to keep them off the whole time.
