If you are looking for the ultimate Ocean City vacation rental, you have found one of the best! This oceanfront condo at Ocean's Mist is one of the LARGEST 3 bed 3 bath condos on the boardwalk. Newer construction, built in 2007, this condo is a meticulously maintained 2,200 square feet! The condo features a flat screen TV in each bedroom and a large TV in the living area. The living area has two sleeper sofas, plus a loveseat and 3 comfortable chairs for easy family gathering. Seating, dishes, furnishings and bedding can accommodate 11 guests. Xfinity streaming (Netflix, etc) is available, and the unit is well stocked with books, puzzles, and games. Just outside the living room and master bedroom doors is an oversized balcony above the boardwalk with plenty of seating for you to enjoy the oceanfront view. The primary bedroom features a king bed, loveseat, desk for the workaholic, and full ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Bedroom two also features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has one queen size bed and one twin bed, and is attached to a full bath that has shared entry from the hall. The kitchen features stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker, as well as plenty of cookware. Outdoor pool is on same level as condo. The unit offers TWO dedicated/marked parking spaces. A third parking space may be made available at time of booking upon request. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. Guest must supply sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. A washer and dryer is provided in the condo for your convenience. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Our owners do not rent to groups under the age of 25. Location was great! The place was so beautiful and nicely stocked kitchen. There were some beach items that weren’t listed but grateful for them. It was quiet despite the boardwalk being so close. Amazing view and great outdoor seating. It’s such a nice size to give us privacy from the kids but still homey. I was worried about noise level and I couldn’t have been more surprised and grateful about the silence when we went to sleep. I rated the cleanliness at 4 because lots of dirt and leftover small bits of trash was visible at the edge of the couch and beside the nightstands. I would absolutely stay here again!! Thanks!!

Ideal location and great condo all in one, right on the boardwalk at 6th street. Nice pool. Off-street parking. Beautiful unit that is well-maintained.

This property was amazing! Great location. Comfortable living room area and bedrooms. Large open kitchen for dining. The 3 assigned parking spaces were great! My family and I loved every minute of our stay.

We were blown away!!! Very beautiful accommodations, very comfortable beds, and very well stocked kitchen!!! There were trash bags, dish soap, hand soap in all the bathrooms, and paper products supplied for us!!! So impressed! We would definitely come back again!!!!
