It was very close for the event we were attending. Plenty of room for number of guest. If I remembered correctly the place offered free cancellation, definitely a plus because it was for an event that could have changed
The parking- not enough spots for number it sleeps.
Didn’t realize all the stairs. Not really and handicapped accessible. It may be because it was the end of the season but a new fridge is needed. Maybe have some hand soap for restroom on first floor.

The condo was right behind the boardwalk. It was super convenient to go get breakfast, lunch or dinner on the boardwalk. It is located directly behind the Flamingo Coast, a roof top bar.
The condo itself was nice. I didn't expect to walk in and find the blinds in the living room and some bedrooms broke, the walls walking up the steps were scuffed and scratched. There was hair in the top floor bathroom shower, a hole in the shower curtain on the second floor twin room along with cherry pits in the garbage can. The bathroom for the queen room, the floor was dirty. I understand that this is a vacation home, but I didn't expect that. The parking was not so great either as we had issues with other renters. The manager did try to help and settle the problem.

Great location , near everything
The property was great . Would like to add however we did have to buy a broom , mop, and bucket to keep it clean for the week no one thinks about packing those for vacation and the blinds could be updated . And door was hard to lock when leave out . All minor stuff . Other then that great place for vacation

You really can't beat the location for its proximity to everything (2 minutes max walk to the boardwalk, no crossing streets). Sooo easy to carry stuff to the beach and so quick to pop back if you don't feel like boardwalk food or bathrooms.
The house is a little worn, but everything was fully functional, and each room having its own bathroom was amazing! (Some of those with us need to eat more fiber....) The laundry and dishwasher worked great. The kitchen supplies will not create a feast but was sufficient for cutting up fruit and making light snacks. It would have been nice to have a broom in the apartment for the inevitable sand that still gets tracked in, no matter how hard you try to keep it out. It's a losing battle, always!
None of the below were big issues for us or deal breakers - just FYI if you are a light sleeper or need your preferred pillow:
I personally thought the beds were comfortable and had no issues with external sounds waking me up, but one of our friends is more sensitive to those items. They had minor complaints, but all in all, it's a trip to the beach, so they weren't too grumpy!
The pillows are on the thinner side, so bring your own if you need a fuller pillow. (The light bedspreads provided were perfect, even for a rainier, chilly early June night.)
One of the parking spots can be difficult to get into if the lot is full. (I have a hatchback and could only open the driver's side door if I backed in up to the trees. Passenger side was totally blocked. ) Worst case for me is that I'd need to drop my stuff off, park in the West OC Park n Ride, and come back, but I can see how that might be harder for groups with kids or who want to utilize their vehicle during their stay.
