The instructions for pickup were clear and the pickup location was pretty close to the hotel. They were also open to us checking in early, which was a huge help!

The keys pick up was a 15 minute walk from the location. Overall, it was fine. The drop off of the keys was on the property so that was easier. I had messaged the owner with questions, prior to arrival and one while there, and got prompt replies. The communication with the owner was excellent with pictures and description of how to get the keys, enter the property and even how to use things like turning on the shower's hot water or using the stove. They even gave suggestions for local restaurants. It was all appreciated. The property was clean and centrally located where we could walk to all our tourist locations. I found the apartment pictures were accurate and as descripted. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

I fumbled slightly over the keys. There are two keys and a key fob. I didn't realize the key fob was needed for an inside door and the elevator. I figured it out, more just user error. Maybe a note that a tap from the key fob is required would be helpful. This is a minor detail and once I figured it out, not really an issue. I had a great stay. Thanks.

No nos gustó que, el día de la llegada, nos informaran que debíamos retirar las llaves a 15 minutos a pie del apartamento. En nuestro caso, viajábamos con una persona mayor y el movimiento de las valijas, sumado a que estaba lloviendo, resultó bastante incómodo. Si bien el responsable del alojamiento nos envió un enlace con el funcionamiento de varias cosas (calefacción, agua caliente de la ducha, etc.), el equipamiento se veía bastante antiguo. Por ejemplo, para que funcionara el agua caliente de la ducha, primero había que abrir la canilla de la pica; de lo contrario, no salía caliente. El equipamiento de la cocina es muy escaso (no tenía ningún tipo de cafetera, solo un calentador de agua).

Localización

Q cd llegamos, después de q veníamos con maletas, nos hicieron desplazarnos hasta otro sitio a por las llaves. Solo nos deja un juego de llaves, por lo tanto, si vas a salir, o salen todos a la vez (porque además para salir tb se necesitan llaves), o te quedas dentro hasta q venga alguien para buscarte y por último el apartamento tiene algunos desperfectos.
