Lift service - one of them not function

Unit came with a view and nicely decorated. The TV came with Netflix which is great for the kids. Fridge is big - ample space to store your necessities, if there’s a need. The location is convenient and walkable to most of the key places and they have convenience stores right downstairs that are opened 24-7. (During Ramadhan, the opening hours has been restricted from 3:00 pm - 6:00 am). Host was also responsive and attended quickly to our queries/additional request. Parking lot is also only one floor up from the the ground level (the parking level is identified as 3rd Floor) so you don't have to drive deep into the building to park your car. Instruction to check in was also clear from get-go!

For those staying > 2 days, maybe it's great if the unit comes with a washing machine although self-service laundry is available within the 2 km radius of the condominium. The host did offer to arrange for pick up for our dirty laundry at 10:30 pm daily if we need our clothes to be laundered but I just feel that it will inconvenience the owner which I personally am not fond of. (Nevertheless, great effort from owner!). Cleanliness of the unit may be improved slightly, for example the a/cond unit as it was spewing dust when switched on. (Personal note since I am sure that this service was handled by a third party and based on trust which owner may not be aware of). Another suggestion: The owner may also consider replacing the iron with a better quality unit as this is also one of the key factor for long stay tenant. Truthfully, I had to think twice on whether to use it during our recent stay.
