I have mixed feeling, here’s how; the staff communication was outstanding. And the building is located at the heart of the city. Moreover, the pool is huge and our kids enjoyed it soo much.
However, there was an unpleasant noises came from upper floor while we were about to sleep in midnight after a long drive. Additionally, the cleanliness of its toilet is unsatisfactory.

The staf responsed very fast and helpful. The place is comfortable.
The toilet was mouldy a bit.. and not really clean.. Some of the towels were torn and worn out..
