Villas Kaàn

Die besondere Atmosphäre des Hauses hat mir besonders gefallen. Ein sehr persönliches, extrem geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, dass meinen Aufenthalt wirklich einzigartig gemacht hat

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful sea view that we truly enjoyed. The bed was very comfortable, and having an additional small fridge in the room—alongside the well-equipped shared kitchen—was a thoughtful and convenient touch. The owner is fantastic: warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. While some of the facilities are a bit dated, everything is well maintained and perfectly functional, which we appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing place to stay

Nothing

We were located oceanfront and had a large open space we could utilize beyond our own room. It had a large balcony. A wonderful place for a family to go as there are several rooms connected to the common area. Staff were very attentive to our needs. It was very remote, which we liked.

We had beach access, but the area right by the ocean had a lot if rocks. There was however, a platform that was slightly elevated from the beach that gave you the sense of being on the beach.

Villa Kaan is at then end of a long windy road. OK for getting out of the bustle of Puerto Morelos but a 15 minute drive for food of anything else. Also easily blocked, as we were by a big truck trying to cram through the narrow road. Accommodation is very large. Clean, relatively well equipped. On site staff were very friendly.

No swimming because of sargassum (sea grass) and trash. Four flights of stairs up, in spite of telling owner mom had trouble with stairs. Shared kitchen and seating area, not clear in description. The area from Cancun to Tulum is a highway with virtually no public beaches, no nature left. One trashy tourist attraction after another.
