Spaceaous appartement, with huge beds.
Nice swimmingpool.
The sea had at that moment a lot of algae on the beach side, so we could not swim. This was no issue for us, since we were only there 1 night.

Villa Kaan is at then end of a long windy road. OK for getting out of the bustle of Puerto Morelos but a 15 minute drive for food of anything else. Also easily blocked, as we were by a big truck trying to cram through the narrow road. Accommodation is very large. Clean, relatively well equipped. On site staff were very friendly.
No swimming because of sargassum (sea grass) and trash. Four flights of stairs up, in spite of telling owner mom had trouble with stairs. Shared kitchen and seating area, not clear in description. The area from Cancun to Tulum is a highway with virtually no public beaches, no nature left. One trashy tourist attraction after another.
