Ocean View PLAYA DEL NIÑO Rooms & Apartments

La chambre était super bien avec un frigo. Je ne m'attendais pas à trouver une cuisine toute équipée avec beaucoup de choses fournies, ce qui rendait le séjour bien plus facile. Pleins de petites attentions et facilités non anticipées. Calme, dans une maison avec de la verdure et des aires communes très agréables.

Pas suffisamment d'explications pour trouver la maison à l'arrivée. Cela a rendu l'arrivée fastidieuse et a pris un bon 30 min car l'internet extérieur est mauvais, rendant le contact avec le gérant difficile. Autre point, c'est que même en réservant avec booking.com, le paiement n'était pas pris directement par la plateforme et donc nous nous sommes retrouver à payer 4.15% de surcharge pour faire le paiement par carte de crédit. J'ai trouvé cela décevant de devoir assumer cette surcharge.

Host was very helpful and accommodating! I enjoyed the room and the accommodation’s proximity to the beach, port, archaeological sites, and restaurants.

The view from my room and the apartment was perfect - overlooking the beach - just lovely! By far the best thing about this property was the view and the beach. Feels private and peaceful. Walking along the beach to the North there's a nice seafood restaurant. Sunrises here are epic! I was able to check out early, which I appreciated. The apartment I stayed in would be lovely if it were sold and promoted as a private 2-bedroom apartment, however...

When I arrived, I found another guest had also booked this location and was staying in the second room of the two‑bedroom apartment, so we ended up unexpectedly sharing the same space. We were both quite surprised as the listings were misleading! Yes, it was listed as a “room,” but the offer never stated the living areas and kitchen were shared. The other guests were lovely, but when I told the host this arrangement would not work for me because I had paid for my own place, he offered to block our the remaining dates in the second room yet also kept asking for more money, which felt uncomfortable on top of a deceptive listing. The kitchen was not well equipped for two separate parties, and the toilet needed multiple flushes to work properly. If you choose to stay here, be prepared for a lot of back‑and‑forth and double‑check with the host that what you think you are booking is truly private and matches what you’ve paid for. I did not realized that this website would book out individual rooms in shared spaces. Lesson learned - do not book a ROOM unless you want to make some new friends like staying in a hostel. Normally I wouldn't write anything negative about a place, but I'm sharing exactly what I would have liked to have known before staying there.
