Cannot recommend this place enough! Everything such high quality, with the stunning rooms and price so reasonable. The food is epic! The staff are so lovely and helpful. Eduardo was amazing, he helped us plan our trip round Yucatan, with a great knowledge of the best places to go from his own experience. Luca was so kind and attentive and served us the best coffee (the dirty hachado wow) and incredible breakfasts. And Maria was so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are perfect with a huge comfy bed (we need to know where that bedding is from). The location is great fun, lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. Definitely recommend staying here rather than in the hotel zone which felt tacky and touristy when we visited. This place is a chilled oasis in the heart of Cancun. We plan to return at the end of our trip!

I appreciated how friendly and accommodating all of the staff were. I also enjoyed being in downtown Cancun and not in the hotel zone. Lots of different restaurants nearby, and even a little convenience store right next door for simple grocery needs. The room had all the basic necessities.

I requested a quiet room and the sound from the attached restaurant bled into my room, which was a con for me but if you are gone most of the day exploring the city then you might not be affected by it. I was not aware that hot showers were totally dependent on solar, and did not have a hot shower during my stay.
