Gorgeous presidential suite, nice pools, fine food. Excellent service
Sargassum in the sea (-the beach is cleaned all day long). Slow breakfast service. Limited wine list.

I think the thing I really liked was the the pillows.
So so many things. You're paying premium for this hotel in the area and in Mexico in general. I expect water in the room every day, decent coffee machine in the room, good meals, too quality service, respectful staff, a really easy and relaxing stay. I just didnt get that here.
My only positive experience was with the night reception staff when I discussed with them an incident with an agressive male staff member.
