The location is very convenient, with many nice restaurants and bars nearby. Kok Tobe is within walking distance, and the metro station is close by for reaching other areas of the city. The house is spacious enough for five people to stay comfortably.
There was noticeable noise from the street, especially at night.

Квартира в целом понравилась - удобное расположение в центре, в шаговой доступности фуникулер, отличные рестораны, пешеходные улочки для прогулок по Алмате; закрытая придомовая территория, есть детская площадка; внутри довольно чисто, просторно, есть все необходимое для проживания; кровати удобные, постельное белье хорошее; телевизором и кухонными принадлежностям не пользовались, поэтому в этой части сказать нечего. В целом вроде бы все хорошо, но вау ощущения не было. На несколько ночей - хороший вариант.
Снял пару баллов за ушатанный душ, грязный диван на кухне и то, что оплату пришлось производить наличными, хотя это явно нигде не указано.

Расположение - идеальное! Прямо в центре. Квартира просторная с отличной планировкой. Есть все необходимое для готовки. Идеально для семьи с детьми. Обязательно снимем её ещё раз, если будем приезжать в Алматы.
Немного шумно ночью, так как окна на проспект
