Хорошая, качественная квартира с достаточно неплохим расположением. Новый ЖК, поэтому на первом этаже этого и соседних домов несколько круглосуточных магазинов и т.п. Рядом большой ТЦ Mega Park, где, кстати, есть бесплатные камеры хранения на подземном этаже, где мы смогли оставить вещи после выселения, перед вечерним отъездом (может кому-то тоже будет актуально). Удобное заселение, смогли заселиться в 5 утра.
Мои ожидания. Почему-то по фото ожидал какого-то ВАУ, а получил нормальный качественный сервис без ВАУ эффекта. Отсутствие балкона, но его и не обещали. Поэтому оценку не снижаю.
