Stayed for 3 weeks while visiting family. Quiet residential neighborhood, walking distance to everything. Clean, good kitchen, small loveseat, comfy bed, good water pressure. Wi-Fi a bit wonky first 2 days.
Small fridge had almost useless freezer with broken door, barely kept things semi-frozen. The addition of a washer would be great. These 2 improvements would make it perfect.

It was through staycay who requested the security deposit 10 days before arrival which is unreasonable so I ignored it until the day and then had to do the pre-arrival form to get the access code for lock box, none of which was easyThis was a complicated on a smart phone
The request for a security deposit 10 days prior, ridiculous.
