A lovely apartment, well equipped and perfectly clean. Ideal for long-term stays. Its location is excellent for transport, shopping, cafes and other eateries. Sigrid is an attentive host and so easy to interact with. I'd definitely stay there again!

4 on Whatley was very central to all the local shops, cafes and trains. If you love Asian foods, Coventry Markets has everything, Asian grocery stores and food stalls. Sigrid was very helpful and caring. The flat was cosy, quiet and clean. Coles supermarket was just a short walk away, alongside KFC, MacDonalds, Pizza and Fish & Chips.

Property is very well located within stones throw of the Maylands cafe / bar strip, also Maylands train station. However, the property was not very clean with the whole floor throughout very slimy. We did alot of tidying up and cleaning within our 7 day stay and we were still questioned about a pedstal fan that was broken before we arrived.
