Television was difficult to operate, and no written instructions. Gas stove only two burners effective. Great water pressure but shower dripped incessantly. New washer required. Overall 7.5.

Everything was as advertised. The house was tidy and clean.

The house was clean and tidy but it needs a lot of tender loving care. The back patio area is old and needs revitalizing the lawn needs mowing the the garden needs to be cut back.
We could not get the TV to work as it said no signal. The fan in the main bedroom makes a ticking noise when turned onhigh. The shower head really needs to be replaced and the hot water in the shower is intermitten. The airconditioned in the back bedroom would not work but the agent owner did arrange a reapirman.
This property needs some money spent on it.
