Was not interested in the national park visit.Hoist was amazing,quick replies and super friendly.House was as perfect for our use and well positioned for seeing the best spots in Perth. Would recommended to anyone at the price point, very happy with our stay.

The cottage is a good description of the house. Though, after seeing the outside, front yard was over grown a little, lawns due for mowing, mailbox fill of junk mail spilling out onto the ground so we were a little worried about the inside.So we were happy to see it in good clean condition. It's an older place so has a few of the usual wear and tear things older homes have. We were happy with the location as we picked a place close to everything we needed. It fits that perfectly, malls, airport and the city as close at hand. This is a great place to stay as has everything you need.

The house was clean and tidy but it needs a lot of tender loving care. The back patio area is old and needs revitalizing the lawn needs mowing the the garden needs to be cut back.
We could not get the TV to work as it said no signal. The fan in the main bedroom makes a ticking noise when turned onhigh. The shower head really needs to be replaced and the hot water in the shower is intermitten. The airconditioned in the back bedroom would not work but the agent owner did arrange a reapirman.
This property needs some money spent on it.
