Location was close to public transport, had parking on site and was right next to the Swan River. It had a pleasant view and a comfortable bed with airconditioning in the unit. I like the fact there were laundry facilities since we were there for over a week.
The towels were a little thin and threadbare.

All kitchen facilities are great, and owner very thoughtful to provide detergent for washing machine, A dryer is also provided.
The air con only in living room, instead of bedroom
