80 sqm, with garden views to front and rear gardens. There is only one other apartment space above. It is located in the quiet, safe, leafy, heritage residential area.
This apartment is suitable for quiet people who are quiet in return out of respect for surrounding neighbours.

Mt Lawley is ideally located close to the city with all amenities within walking distance- supermarkets, bus, gym, hairdressers, drycleaner, cafes, restaurants with foods of all descriptions. Trendy Inglewood Hotel for drinks or ala carte dining is 2 minutes walk around the corner.

As this is a quiet family residential area, Noise affecting neighbours is to be considered at all times and particularly from 7pm onwards, particularly if outside, as sounds are amplified at night.
No parties, events or large group, including family or visitor groups, on the premises.
Please limit visitors to a couple at a time. Large groups or party type events can easily be accommodated at the many venues within walking distance or a short 5 minute drive from your accommodation.
Last minute additional guests need owner approval and need to be added to the booking. Fees may apply.

Fabulous propery with a gorgeous garden area in a great location. Beautifully presented with the owners own art work and books. Very nicely done! Close to public transport links, the city and the bustling Beaufort Ave precinct with shops, restaurants and bars. The host could not have been more helpful or kinder. Unit centrally located close to city, hospitals and shops. Beautifully set up and decorated unit with delightful garden to sit in with fish and trickling fountain. Hostess very friendly and helpful.
