It was small but had all the necessary requirements.
The eco toilet. If its purpose is to save water then it is a waste of time because it needs to be flushed several times in order to get rid of toilet paper. The presence of the plunger was telling.

It was clean and the location was great for our purposes.
The fancy Japanese toilet was shocking. Really awful. Didn't flush properly. Everything was so high. I'm 157cm and couldn't reach the kitchen cupboards. Couldn't reach the coat hangers in the wardrobe. Thankfully my husband was with me but, the 'apartment' wasn't really big enough for 2 people. The bed was against the wall and rock hard. Also, I never would have booked if I had realised it was a room next to someone's house! Also the whole area smelt like an open sewer.
