The house was extremely cleaned and proper and Mohammed was such a great host who even came to pick me up in the airport at late times. Always available and really friendly for anything you may need during the staying. Very large house with many fridges for food and a great toilet always super cleaned. The location is front of the park is just amazing, so many birds singing all day and I really immersive experience so close to the city center. I would advice to anyone !

市内まで980番のバスのアクセスが良かった。コスパはいいと思う。
近くにはスーパーマーケットがなかったので、買い物はパース駅近くのウールワースからコールズでする。
イメージはホテルの共用バスルームだったが、アパートメント男女兼用バスルームだった。
初めはびっくりしたが、いい人たちで譲りながら使ったので不便は感じなかった。

The private room was clean and comfortable, included air-conditioning so it was perfect.
The toilet flush button maybe needs to be replaced.

Quiet neighbourhood, groceries and restaurants in walking distance. Two fridges, use of kitchen,.
Needs some upkeep, walls with patches but not painted, stained toilet seat and only one for 4 rooms, very squeaky door to room, think walls (I could hear my neighbours nightly phone calls)., extra for a towel.
