Nova apartment Disneyland Bmyguest

The location was great for Disneyland Paris and we did not have any trouble finding a parking space. There is direct parking outside the block, put you cannot park there between 8am and 6pm (school parking only). The beds were very comfy and the kitchen well equipped

There were a few light bulbs out - especially in the kitchen, which was not a problem in the summer, but would be a problem in the winter, when it gets dark early. An easy fix - but probably not always checked, as the cleaning would be done during the day and the lights probably not turned on

Excellent apartment. Great facilities. Good location, 30 to 40 min walk to Disneyland, but there were buses if needed..Great communication with BMG .

Had two baby buggies and didn't realise there were stairs and had to carry them up. Could have checked before booking. The key pick up was a little inconvenient. Quite a distance to walk with buggies/ children.

Die Kinderbetten sind sehr einfach & die Möbel auf dem Balkon könnten ausgetauscht werden, damit mehr Personen draußen sein können. Ein größerer Topf hat gefehlt.

The apartment was close to the large shopping centre. The shower was good plenty hot water. It was spacious but not as big as it looked in the photos.

The company hosting this apartment were terrible. They could not be contacted and barely responded to our messages. We had a lot of problems with many broken appliances. The wardrobe door was completely off its hinges and a safety hazard. Dangerous electricity sockets were hanging off the walls. This was the worst apartment we have ever stayed in. We were very disappointed. The owner was contacted and arrived one evening and blamed the concierge company for the state the apartment was in. It is not acceptable to rent an apartment in this condition, especially when we had to pay a €500 deposit by bank imprint.
