Clean and excellent hotel

Friendly, helpful young woman on reception. Lovely fresh, bright interior and a super breakfast. Great it's on the outskirts and close by the motorway. Big carpark on the grounds. Fuel station 1min away. Have already booked to stay again on our return. Highly recommend.

Great location and excellent conditions

Excellent value for money, probably the best night we had on our way from France to the UK. It was reasonably priced, easy access, safe parking, good facilities and spacious room. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we were in a hurry, but there was coffee and tea in the room. The receptionist was very helpful and kind! Would definitely recommend it.

Fabulous and great value for money

Very clean and tidy hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised as it looks exactly as seen on the pictures. It might have been renovated recently as it looked new and very up to date. Elegant and clean design with everything you need in. The bed was on the soft side, but not uncomfortable. There were a few pillows in the room, A/C, kettle and tea, towels, etc. and also soap and shampoo/gel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They offer breakfast but we did not have it. It is easily accessible from the motorway and across the road there is a big retail park with supermarket and all kind of shops. Next to it there is a restaurant. It is in the outskirts but the town centre is 5 mins away by car.

Car park is not very well lighted if I have to be picky.

Great stay, great location.

Perfect for me and my dog travelling to England. It was close to the motorway, easy to find and had somewhere to eat next door. Room was ground floor, good for the dog. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfy. I had a great nights sleep in a very quiet room. Breakfast was delicious. Staff freindly and helpful.

Wonderful stay, highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic team (Lauren and Anyssa), who responded quickly and helped us with several requests, which I had forgotten to plan ahead of the trip. Really appreciated their professionalism and friendliness. Lovely breakfast.

Overnight In Alencon

Close to motorway exit , this newly refurbished hotel is quiet and comfortable better room space than an Ibis. Secure parking and family run restaurant next door serving good value food.

Most of the rooms are doubles so very few twins which are situated on 2nd floor.

Comfortable and clean , just no evening food available

We had been travelling all day and needed a clean comfortable place to stay and this delivered

We wanted to have something to eat but were told the restaurant was full although the hotel was not full with guests , we were told there was a private function being held in the restaurant. There was no alternative offered so we had to buy food from a local supermarket and eat alfresco on the terrace not ideal after a long drive.

Very clean,modern, and comfortable.The young lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Great room,comfortable bed and great bathroom, and shower. Nice to have complimentary water and coffee/tea making facilities. The breakfast was absolutely delicious,with every option available both hot and cold. Great AC. Very handy stopover on way home to UK.

Excellent séjour dans un bel hôtel ayant un très bon rapport qualité/prix

Très bon accueil et grande amabilité de l'ensemble du personnel. Grand parking privé (et gratuit) devant l'hôtel qui comprend deux places réservées aux personnes à mobilité réduite et deux bornes de rechargement pour véhicules électriques. Très bon buffet de petit déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse avec une très bonne literie. Environnement calme. Hôtel joliment décoré et d'une grande propreté.

Si on veut chipoter, certains clients pourront trouver que la salle de bain est un peu petite...L'hôtel est un peu excentré par rapport à la ville d'Alençon mais, en ce qui nous concerne, c'est ce que nous recherchions.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié , la chambre est spacieuse, avec de nombreux rangements et confortable. Jolie déco. Bien insonorisé
