Excellent location. Lounge and kitchen quite good.
The shower tray was painted over and wearing off. Toilet seat loose and toilet brush no handle. Wardrobe in 1 room was hanging off and had a bad attempt at a repair. Pillows were badly stained and very thin, mattress protector was grubby and and had hairs on it. Plug in kitchen was broken and left out . Washing up liquid and liquid soap was watered down.

Balcony was a nice addition.
Location felt unsafe. Building exterior and lobby area lacked maintenance.

The location is great. You can easily walk dining and shopping, as well as the waterfront. The parking is convenient The host instructions are good and the unit is easy to access. The unit was warm and comfortable.
The windows did not seal properly and the noise from the traffic and birds was very loud. It was difficult to sleep or have a quiet. Unfortunately, we would not stay again due to the noise.
