Comfortable furniture, has everything you need. Leafy outlook.
The management company (Apex?) is hopeless. The heating was centrally controlled and switched off and on randomly. Wasn’t fixed despite asking. The parking station (also Apex) was inconveniently located. We had to book for extra overnight parking and were charged $180 for failing to read the fine print about parking on the top floor. Outrageous as it was empty. We advise the property owner to change managers
