Fantastic place to stay

I booked this place for an overnight stay, and if I'm honest, it's the sort of place where you could comfortably stay for much longer. I didn't meet the host, but their commication was always prompt and very helpful. Instructions for check-in were very clear. The apartment has a really well equipped kitchen, a desk, a single bed and a shower room, and it's lovely! There's free WiFi, and an electric heating/cooling unit is provided in addition to the radiator so I was lovely and warm. Everything is thought of, and the area feels very safe. If I'm in Birmingham again, this will be my first choice for future stays.

A curtain across the door could be useful for keeping out light. But as it was winter, I wasn't affected by the small amount of light let through. That would be my only suggestion - the place really is a gem!

Perfect peaceful short stay

It was everything I needed in between shifts in Birmingham. Quiet, clean and reasonable location for where I needed to be. It had everything I could’ve needed, lovely shower, microwave and kettle with crockery and utensils.

I was told to park on the right side of the driveway to not block the neighbours, but the household clearly have a lot of vehicles so I just parked down the road. Not a problem really.

Ps. The bathroom extractor vent was a bit noisy and continued running a bit long after the light is switched off. Just a small detail in a such a nice place.

Clean, good enough and very practical.

I had a very busy weekend, the palce was really quiet. Nice , clean. Very good. Not luxurious, and had everything that you need. Great communication with the owners. Very pleased, in the next opportunity I would go back.

Lovely compact place with everything you need

Lovely little place, compact but perfect as a solo traveller. Had everything I needed and more.

Only concern was the lack of an interior deadbolt. As a solo female traveller, security is a must. But I also didn’t feel unsafe there, so I’d still stay again.

A good overnight stopover base for a solo traveller - as described and good value for money.

The room was perfectly adequate - exactly as described and clean. Good value for money and exactly what I needed for an overnight ‘pit-stop’ to break up my journey.

It was quite noisy - on a busy main road and then a group of girls gathered outside my window to talk and laugh late into the night.

Piccolo appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario. Ottima la possibilità del self check-in così da non avere particolari vincoli in termini di orario. Ottima anche la comunicazione con l'host, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza.

Leggermente lontano dal centro ma comunque collegato ad esso mediante i mezzi pubblici (autobus).
