The host was super helpful and accommodating. The room is nice, clean, and the bed is really comfortable. There is a shared kitchen, but I didn't use it, except for the fridge. Location is convenient: metro about 10 minutes walk, bus and tram stops just ~5 minutes away.

Whenever someone opens/closes the main door, the door to the room shakes loud enough. Walls are quite thin too. So if you are a light sleeper make sure to bring earplugs.

The accommodation looked clean at first sight, both in the shared kitchen and in our room. Access to the accommodation was basically self-service, since we were given clear instructions on how to get in, and that worked without any problems. In that sense, the place was great and really quite simple. I also appreciated the equipment: the shared kitchen had the basic necessities, a coffee machine, a kettle, and the rooms had air conditioning and a good TV. The room was smaller than I expected. (this is not good or bad, just fyi)

What was worse, though, was the noise from the surrounding rooms. Unfortunately, the rooms are not sufficiently insulated and every time someone operated the air conditioning, a beeping sound could be heard. That meant we disturbed not only others but were disturbed by them as well, which was unpleasant. Also, when someone arrived late at night, our door slammed loudly (probably due to air pressure), and that woke us up every time. We also had an issue with the drain in the shower, which was clogged and not cleaned, and with trash left in the bins, apparently from previous guests. My intention is not to criticize the accommodation, but rather to provide an objective perspective for future improvement.
