La zona non è proprio bellissima, ma ok per i collegamenti dei mezzi pubblici. Il bagno forse un po' da rimodernare, comunque,nel complesso, quello che serviva,c era, quindi ok

Posizione, camera basic c'era l'essenziale utile al soggiorno.
Si potrebbe migliorare sostituendo qualcosa di rotto o obsoleto.Tipo nella cabina doccia mancava un vetro e c'era una tenda.L ' acqua cadeva per terra,oppure come impatto visivo non usare il balcone come deposito.
